About the Founder - Simon Preston BSc. PGCE. MBA

Simon Preston, the founder of Embrace Neurodiversity Ltd, is neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, dyslexia) and is a skilled systems thinker with a deep understanding of human interactions for the betterment of society. He is passionate about promoting neurodiversity inclusion in education, focusing on supporting neurodivergent teachers. Simon uses his expertise to deliver engaging and informative talks that assist educational institutions in developing customised plans tailored to their unique needs.

Simon Preston's speaking events primarily focus on neurodiversity inclusion within the education workforce. With an MBA in educational leadership and management, he is well-equipped to understand educational institutions' challenges regarding neurodiversity inclusion. Moreover, he is conducting doctoral research on this topic, further enhancing his knowledge and expertise.

Simon's speaking events are informative and interactive, and they aim to help educational institutions develop effective plans for supporting neurodivergent teachers. Through these events, Simon provides guidance, support, and training to EDI officers, middle and senior leaders and other stakeholders.
